Over six months, you’ll build the knowledge, creative process, practical understanding and confidence to develop your deck with intention and make informed decisions at every stage.

This isn't a promise of a finished, printed deck at the end of six months. Depending on where you begin and how quickly you implement, you may make significant progress towards completion, but the real value lies in having the skills, clarity, foundations and expert insight to take your deck through to production and being properly prepared for what comes next.

Feedback and input may be offered, but this is not a space for in-depth support - that is held within the live sessions.

This includes replays of past sessions, along with further resources and information to support your journey and creative process.
The 'fine print' bits
Term & Payment Obligations

Defined Fixed Term: Monthly payment plans constitute a binding 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a defined, non-cancellable duration for the entire 6-month term.

Recurring Billing: Payments are processed automatically on the date of initial sign-up and on the same calendar date each month thereafter for the full 6-month duration.

Payment Maintenance & Default: You are solely responsible for ensuring valid payment details remain on file and sufficient funds are available. Any failed or defaulted payments may incur an administrative late fee and result in immediate suspension of program access until the balance is cleared.

Non-Refundability: All pay-in-full payments and monthly installments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Early withdrawal or non-participation does not relieve you of the financial obligation to pay the full 6-month contract balance.

Program Sessions & Delivery

Schedule & Attendance: The program delivers three (3) live sessions per month via Zoom, scheduled in UK time (GMT/BST). Live attendance is entirely your responsibility.

No Fee Adjustments: Absence or non-attendance at live sessions does not reduce your total financial obligation, nor does it entitle you to partial refunds, credits, or makeup sessions.

Schedule Adjustments & Recordings: Sessions may be recorded and made available for replay at the provider's discretion. The provider reserves the right to adjust session dates or times when necessary, provided reasonable advance notice is given.

Conduct & Intellectual Property Rights

Professional Conduct: The Dream Deck Pathway is a professional, considered space. Participants are required to maintain mutual respect in all interactions, communications, and engagements.

Intellectual Property (IP) Protection: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, adapting, distributing, or commercially exploiting any other participant's or the facilitator's work, ideas, materials, or intellectual property without explicit written permission.

Revocation of Access: The provider reserves the right to terminate your access to the program and community spaces immediately, without compensation or refund, if you breach conduct standards or infringe upon IP rights.

Scope of Service & Limitation of Liability

Advisory Scope: The Dream Deck Pathway provides creative direction, design input, artistic, practical, and wellbeing support. All recommendations, feedback, and materials are provided strictly for informational and guidance purposes.

Independent Judgment & Compliance: You remain solely responsible for exercising your own discernment and ensuring that your actions, decisions, and products comply with all applicable local and international laws, regulations, and restrictions in your country of residence and target sales jurisdictions.

No Completion Guarantee: This program is a support tool to assist you within your own timeline and means. Enrollment does not guarantee a complete or finished deck. The provider accepts no liability for your ultimate project execution, business decisions, or commercial outcomes.
