Terms and Conditions for Original Artwork and Commissions
1. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork created by Laura Renwick of ANUVEYA remains the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing an original piece, commission, or print does not confer any rights to reproduce, distribute, or sell the artwork in whole or in part for financial gain. The artist retains exclusive rights to reproduce the artwork and to use photographs and videos of the artwork, including commissioned pieces, for marketing and promotional purposes on the website, social media, and other marketing materials.
2. Purchase and Payment Terms
By purchasing any artwork, you agree to comply with the payment arrangements agreed upon at the time of purchase. No artwork will be released until the full payment has been received and cleared. Failure to settle any outstanding amounts may result in the involvement of a collections agency or legal action, and you may forfeit any monies paid up to that point without receiving the artwork.
3. Shipping and Handling
Artwork will be shipped using the most appropriate postal service for the size and value of the piece. Original pieces and commissions will always be shipped with tracking, as will high-value prints. Standard prints will be sent via standard first-class postage. All artworks will be packaged with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit. In the event that artwork is damaged during transit, you must notify us within three (3) working days of receipt to arrange for appropriate action. We will liaise with the postal service or courier to address the issue; however, the resolution will be subject to the policies of the postal or courier service.
4. Pre-Shipping Approval and Refunds
Prior to the shipment of original pieces and commissions, you will receive photographs and/or videos of the artwork to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, you must inform us before the artwork is shipped to discuss any concerns. Once the artwork has been shipped, no refunds or exchanges will be issued except in cases of damage during transit, as specified above. The artist will not be responsible for any dissatisfaction not communicated before shipment.
5. Legal and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By purchasing artwork from Laura Renwick of ANUVEYA, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
