Zoom Calls​​
Two 90-minute live group sessions each month, held on Zoom at different points and times across the month.
​
Each session offers a hotseat space, where you can ask questions, screen share, and receive direct input and support on your visuals, ideas, and decisions.
You are welcome to attend either or both if your schedule permits.
Private
Community​
A private WhatsApp group space for those within The Visual Refinery.
This is a place to share outcomes, progress, and what you are creating, as well as connect with others in the space.
​
Light feedback and input may be offered where appropriate, but this is not a space for in-depth support or ongoing creative direction, which is held within the live sessions.
Resource​
Vault
A supporting library of live session recordings, digital tools, and reference materials for self-led support and implementation.
This includes replays of past Refinery sessions, along with resources to support your visual decisions and implementation.

The core value of the space sits within the live sessions. The vault is there to support and extend that

The 'fine print' bits
Commitment & Payment
Monthly plans require a minimum 6-month commitment. Payments renew automatically and continue beyond this period unless you request cancellation in writing. Annual plans are a fixed 12-month commitment and include 2 months of complimentary access. They do not renew automatically. As you approach the end of your 12 months, you will be invited to renew at the same rate. Annual payments are non-refundable once the term has begun.
Your rate is locked in at the point of joining and will not increase while your place remains active. If you leave and return at a later date, you will join at the current rate. Access is for the individual purchaser and may not be shared.

Payments & Access
Payments are processed automatically on the date of sign-up and thereafter. It is your responsibility to ensure payments are met and sufficient funds are available. If a payment is missed, access will remain active for 7 days to allow this to be resolved. If payment is not received within that time, access to the space will be removed. If you are aware this isn't going to be met, please discuss in writing. You remain responsible for completing your agreed 6 or 12-month commitment regardless of access status.

Sessions
Two live sessions take place each month via Zoom (UK time), one during the day and one in the evening, to make the space accessible to various time-zones and schedules so you can attend at least one. You are welcome to attend both if your schedule permits.
Attendance is your responsibility. Not attending sessions does not reduce your payment. Sessions may be recorded for replay, and times or dates may occasionally be adjusted where needed, with notice given.

VIP Upgrade
The VIP Upgrade includes one 60-minute 1:1 Visual Refinement session per month, to be used within that billing period. Sessions do not roll over and may be forfeited if not used. The VIP Upgrade does not extend 1:1 support outside of the scheduled session. The level of support within the group space remains the same. If you require closer support or implementation, this sits within separate services.
The VIP Upgrade follows the same payment and commitment terms as your chosen plan, as stated above.

Conduct
The Visual Refinery is a professional and considered space. It is expected that it is treated with respect, both in how you engage and in how you hold the work shared within it. You are welcome to be inspired by what others are creating, but copying or using another person’s work, IP, or ideas without permission is not permitted. Access may be removed if the space or those within it are not treated appropriately.

Additional Workshops
Additional workshops may be offered throughout the year on an occasional basis. These are not a guaranteed or scheduled part of the space. Where provided, free access-passes are included as a complimentary addition and their absence does not affect your payment.
​
Responsibility
The Visual Refinery provides creative direction, design input, and artistic support. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
